With regard, however, to the two marine lots Nr. 20 and 21, Kunon at Fletcher's Buildings, which the Commissioners refer to in the 15th Paragraph of their report, I have decided to adopt the recommendation of the Commission and to grant a fresh Lease for 999 years from the date of the original Lease at the rent chargeable upon other Marine lots - £40 for quarter acre, though for the first five years only £3 10s per quarter acre will be demanded, at the end of which time it will remain with the Government to decide as to the propriety of sanctioning this reduced rent for a longer period.
